I will send you a questionnaire to fill out, as I need some information about you to create a customized workout plan that considers any limitations you may have. My goal is to introduce you to a new routine and healthier lifestyle.
The workout plan typically lasts for 8 weeks, and we will meet again to check measurements and progress as well as make any necessary adjustments to keep you on track. If you choose the online coaching option, I won’t be able to provide in-person guidance at the gym, so it’s important to be aware of the risks associated with incorrect movements or machine adjustments. However, I will be available to support you every step of the way via WhatsApp and answer any questions you may have.
You will have personalised attention as you will workout at my private gym. The benefits of having a one-on-one coach are many, for instance:
If you get the 3 times a week package, you can cancel it 5 times (if you need to cancel more than 5 times you lose the session)
In case of a holiday, we can freeze your sessions and keep going when you come back, but I won’t keep your time if someone else wants it
If the customer gives up, no money will be refunded
Let me know within 15 days’ notice if you are going to renew the package or if I can give your time to another person
Please don’t be late for your sessions, try to arrive at least 2 minutes earlier so we can start on time. If you are late we need to finish it on time anyway
